Page Replacement
When RAM is full, the OS must decide which page to evict. Different strategies produce different page fault rates.
Getting Started
1. Build a reference string by adding page numbers (0-9)
2. Set the number of page frames available
3. Click "Calculate" to see step-by-step page replacement
4. Compare fault rates across FIFO, LRU, and Clock algorithms
First In First Out. Replaces the oldest page in memory. Simple but can suffer from Belady's anomaly -- more frames can sometimes mean more faults.
